ADD THIS: Hot 100 Back-Tax Counties ($27)

Your kit's Next 10 Sales gives you ten counties to check this month. The Hot 100 gives you all one hundred, ranked.

There are more than three thousand counties. Most are not worth your evening. The Hot 100 is Phil's ranked list of the counties where back-tax lots are worth checking right now. So your first list is a county that is already working, not one you picked off a map.

• One hundred counties, ranked by how often they hold sales, how much builders want land there, and how many bidders show up
• A link to each county's sale list and property page, so the five checks start in one click
• Updated as things change

"If you only have one evening a week for this, spend it in a county on this list." Phil Kessler
